We will begin by creating an inventory of the current strategy that is being led by the Outbound team. Once we have completed the initial assessment, we will make corrections to any errors made by the SDR's, and create a detailed report. During your week-long program, we will conduct multiple trainings to provide your team with strategies to improve, and support the entire sales team team in getting better results moving forward.


After implementing the strategies provided in week one, we will move forward by developing a new script, and will work directly with the SDR's and management teams to create a clear plan to help you achieve your goals. During the two-week-long program, we will be conducting several 1:1 training sessions.
